Client :means any member or browser who requests a service from production agencies.
Services :means all services provided by the talents or production agencies.

User Data :means any data are provided by talents, production agencies or services providers on the user profile, which must including:

Rules and commissions
We are not a party to any contractual agreements between agencies and clients in the platform, we merely facilitate connections between the parties.
When talent accepts agency offers both parties negotiate about the payment method.
Communication between talents and agencies on the platform is not a must

Crew reserves the right to monitor any communication between talents and agencies, without obligation and reserves the right to delete, remove or edit any material that violates the terms and conditions of the platform without reference to the user.

Registration and membership
The user ensures that all the information he/she adds to his/her account at Crew is absolutely correct, and the user assumes full ownership and responsibility for any content that he adds. The platform may request personal documents such as identity or
passport to prove the identity of the user before allowing him to complete the use of the site.
The User registered at Crew undertakes that he / she is the only one who uses the account and is responsible for all that is done through his / her account.

Talents Membership Agreement
Talents are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of any User Content.
By registering , the talent expressly and implicitly agrees to be bound by the copyright notices appearing on its pages and not publishing any content that prohipd in Islam.
Your services must be clear and relevant to the project you are offering, so consider it well and provide a budget and a time that is right for you.
Talents are responsible for obtaining a general liability insurance policy with coverage amounts that are sufficient to cover all risks associated with the performance of their services.
The platform have all the rights to rate or ranking the talent and he/she not eligible to object against the platform decisions - The talent is not eligible to object, request to remove any comments made by other members or against the platform decisions
